Orders and Payment
All purchases made on our Shopify store are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved payment methods. Prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. The financial information that you provide will be used to bill you for those products and services you have requested. By providing contact information (such as name and email address), financial information (such as account and/or credit card numbers), and demographic information (such as zip code or age), you are authorizing our store, or the firm operating the store under contract with us, to give that information to the merchant and credit card company in order to confirm and fulfill your order. We will not otherwise use or distribute your financial information without your prior approval. We will also use the contact information provided on the order form to fulfill your orders. Subscriptions
RVIVL offers a recurring subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged to your payment method on file until you cancel. Full terms, including billing, delivery cadence, and how to skip or cancel, are set out in our Subscription Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on a customer's first order, returned with a prepaid label we provide, and we replace or refund any order that arrives damaged or incorrect. Apart from those, all sales are final. The full terms, including how refunds are issued and how to change or cancel an order, are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Shipping. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping is a flat $5.99 on one-time orders, and free on one-time orders of $70 or more and on all subscription orders.
