Cancellation policy

This Subscription Policy governs the RVIVL subscription program operated by Gorilla USA Corp. ("RVIVL", "we", "us", "our") at drinkrvivl.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

When you place a subscription order, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the product, applicable taxes, and any applicable shipping, at the interval you selected, until you cancel. Your consent to recurring charges is not a condition of any one-time purchase, and you can buy any RVIVL product without subscribing.

Before you complete a subscription order, we will present the recurring nature of the order, the interval, the amount that will be charged, and how to cancel. You will also receive an email confirming these terms after your first order.

You choose delivery every 4, 6, or 8 weeks at checkout. You can change your cadence at any time from your account. Your next delivery date is shown in your account and in each order confirmation email.

Subscription discount. Subscribers save 15% off the then-current price of each subscription order. The discount applies to every delivery, not only the first.

Volume discounts. Ordering more than one 12-pack per delivery takes an additional discount that stacks with your 15% subscription. Current tiers are shown on the product page.

Shipping. All subscription orders ship free, at any pack size. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

When you are charged. Your payment method is charged each time a subscription order is prepared for fulfillment, beginning with your first order.

Price changes. Prices may change. If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect, so you have time to skip, change, or cancel your subscription first.

Taxes. Applicable sales tax is calculated at the time of each order and added to your charge.

Failed payments. If a charge is declined, we will retry the payment and email you to update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected after several attempts, we may pause or cancel your subscription.

Changes apply to your next order as long as you make them before that order processes. Once an order has processed, it ships as scheduled, and any change applies to the delivery after it.

You can cancel at any time, at no cost and with no cancellation fee. Cancel from the subscription portal in your account, or email hello@drinkrvivl.com and we will cancel it for you.

A cancellation takes effect immediately for any order that has not yet processed. If your next order has already processed when you cancel, that order will ship and be billed, and your subscription ends after it. Our 30-day guarantee is available for that order.

We will send you an email confirming your cancellation.

We may modify this Subscription Policy or the subscription program. If a change materially affects your subscription, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Your continued subscription after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of it. We may also suspend or discontinue the subscription program, or cancel an individual subscription, including for suspected fraud, abuse, payment failure, or product unavailability.
