Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at drinkrvivl.com from RVIVL, a brand of Gorilla USA Corp. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Returns, refunds, and lost or damaged orders are covered in our Return and Refund Policy.

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

Rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Any applicable sales tax is calculated separately.

Orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination.

We ship with UPS, USPS, or another carrier of our choosing, based on the size of the order and where it is going. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Order volume around launches, promotions, and holidays can extend processing times. If your order will be meaningfully delayed, we will email you.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped.

If you catch a mistake before your order is processed, email hello@drinkrvivl.com right away and we will correct it. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will confirm your address and reship your order at no charge to you.

Larger orders may arrive in more than one box, sometimes on different days. Each shipment has its own tracking.

If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive, or shows as delivered but is not there, see our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hello@drinkrvivl.com.
